Cleaning your Thermomix

The Thermomix is self-cleaning! Just remember your “6s”

To wash:

  • Add a drop of dishwashing liquid and 1 litre water
  • Programme: 1 minute, 60 Deg, Speed 6

To dry:

  • Put a clean cloth in the bowl
  • Run the Thermomix for a few seconds on Reverse – speed 2

Boiling Eggs

Get rid of your egg timer. Pop the eggs in the Thermomix steaming basket. Add 1/2 litre of water and programme 8 minutes Varoma temperature, Speed 3.  These eggs are soft-boiled and are perfect with soldiers!
