What information do I collect and what do I use it for

Though the Thermomix cooking experiences, cooking classes, welcome visits, or by purchasing a Thermomix from me you would have signed a Guest Questionnaire or placed an order form.  The data I collect is your contact details such as telephone number, home address and email address and the date when we met or established contact.

 

I use the data to be able to keep in touch with you to offer you Thermomix products or services that are of interest to you.

 

Sharing your information

I may share your information with Vorwerk, the makers of Thermomix, to provide customer service and support and to process payment transactions.

 

Protecting your information and how long do I keep it

I have strict security measures to protect your personal information, from password protection, to encryption.  At any time you may choose to opt out of receiving communication from me.
